The next you saw alot of smoke flowing out of no where don't get panic, it is most likely some mad scientist professional making ice cream with Nitrogen.
That's right, making and freezing right in front of your very eye is the latest craze around and would definitely caught not only your attention but also your craving.

The heavily lab theme decoration might look geeky at a glance but what they serve inside can really be addictive. Was glad to be invited by Nuffnang Tastebuddies group to the special preview on the process of making a good scope of ice cream.
It may seems easy to prepare a good cup of NBrew Ice Cream but from the Nuffnanger's facial expression, it should tell you vice versa. No doubt the result were fruitful and I personally think that the texture is very smooth which I least expected. It was so good that it melts on my mouth and the other least expecting part is that the Durian flavour is very rich in taste and is as close as eating the actual Durian minus all the hardwork opening it.

Avocado Gula Melaka was one of the best seller in NBrew and though my preferred would still be Durian, Avocado Gula Melaka bring a totally different sweetness to the taste bud. There were however pretty mild presence of Gula Melaka in every spoon but as a compliment it wasn't too sweet as what usual Gula Melaka would. Price wise for NBrew may be slightly on the pricey side but think of the hectic process to get a good cup of ice cream for you live, and you know Nitrogen don't come cheap don't you?
