Suppose to be watching the premiere screening by eCentral last Tuesday but was postphoned to Monday night due to some mis-communication, good for me cause there was a few movie that clashed on that same night.
Staring Channing Tatum, the multi talent dude who acted in several different genre of movie from dance to romance and to action. Also along the cast were Jamie Foxx. Just few months before White House Down there was another White House based movie with the title Olympus Has Fallen which doesn't really have much in term of plot and was merely action from begin to end.
White House Down on the other end started with a rather slow pace with all the character introduction and the connection behind their job / tasks. 30 minutes into the 2 hours+ movie, the pace started picking up and while Cale (Channing Tatum) was in a White House tour with his daughter, disaster strike.
Determine to protect both the president of United State and his daughter, Cale is left with not choice but to go against the heavily armed intruders. With critical moment like this, you can expect scenes of gun fight and deployment of heavily machinery to avoid further disaster.
