2012 - What would you put in a time capsule?

2012, if you still don't know what it is all about, then it is either you are living under a deep well, or you have not been concentrating while you drive (cause there are billboards everyone on 2012).. Luckily there is still remedy for you as one of my blog reader :p Although I couldn't write on my own word yet on this movie, but at least I make you aware of this most anticipated movie of the year.

Disaster movie maven Roland Emmerich (Independence Day, The Day After Tomorrow) crafts this apocalyptic sci-fi thriller following an academic researcher who opens a portal into a parallel universe, making contact with his double in an effort to prevent the catastrophic prophecies of the ancient Mayan calendar from coming to pass. According to the Mayan calendar, the world will come to an end on December 21, 2012. In conjunction with the soon to be release movie 2012, Sony Picture is throwing in a mega contest for the public with cool prizes, to participate simply log into http://2012.com.my/ and upload picture of item that you would want to keep in a time capsule, and describe why would you want to keep that particular item.

Anyway here's what I wish to keep in my time capsule..

Like everyone else, I would want my loved one to be safe and sound from all the suffering during 2012..

The fundamental of cooking, the skill to prepare delicious meal so that the new generation doesn't have to rely on bugs, insect, dust, and ashes.. At least they can still enjoy a great meal beside collapse building.. The only thing here is that they would have to hunt for their own ingredient..

A survival toolkit, no one know what will happen next, what will appear next, at least with this toolkit, one can use it to protect themselves from harmful wildlife, and can use it to hunt for food too..

When everything is destroyed during 2012, and genius had been scarifies during the event, new generation have to learn and rebuild the world from scratch, with this toys, human can study and re-engineer it into tools that is able to aid their daily life like car, machinery, and etc..
