The Tourist

The Tourist, who wouldn't be attracted to watch the movie especially when it stars Angelina Jolie and Johny Depp as the main character.

Thank to Cari Malaysia I was invited to their premier screening of the movie. For once I thought it would be another "Salt" movie and I was somewhat right and wrong..

The Tourist actually tell a story about Frank (Johnny) traveling in a broken heart to Venice, where he met Elise (Angelina) in a random occasion. Elise is actually being followed by the police to arrest her lover for years while the mobster is also hunting for her lover who stole a big sum from them. So this movie is all about diversion of attention instead of action if that is what you thought it is..

I would say there are plenty of "spy", comedy, love, and romance in the movie. While these element did a good job keeping me awake, the other elements however was rather predictable. Scene and target were kinda predictable as there were kinda classic plot..

Although many things were left unexplained and non logically related, it is still a "can" watch movie, just don't put your expectation too high.
