Blood Movie Merchandise

A while back, distributor of the movie Blood: The Last Vampire was actively promoting the movie and have been throwing in a big budget for the ANP (Advertising and Promotion) campaign and as a movie lover, I never fail to take part in every contest that I found out about, and eventually I won a T-shirt for that movie. The site claim that the T-Shirt worth about RM200 o.0 Should I sell it off for cash? Well I think the figure shown is because it is suppose to be 'limited' and 'exclusive' and not because of the material or whatsoever. But judging from the current market trend, such shirt could be printed / DIY with the budget of RM50+-

Overheard Vs Coweb

Just when I said I didn't go for any premier screening, and I'm now stuck with options, hate that.. Both screening falls on the same date same time, wish I could even split myself to catch both... Anyway will go for overheard..

A major stock exchange in the world, Hong Kong attracts not only money but anyone who tries to manipulate the market. At the Hong Kong Police Force Commercial Crime Bureau, an operation is underway to infiltrate a trading company where a man nicknamed Boss is the chief suspect. The team, led by Inspector Leung (Lau Ching Wan) together with Yeung (Louis Koo) and Lam (Daniel Wu) installs bugs to monitor the communications. When crucial information on a surging share is intercepted, a moment of greed now puts them in a crossfire between the Bureau and the boss.

Not a bad movie if you aren't expecting tons of chasing and shooting... More of internal story among the cops..

The Proposal Premier Screening

Is been quite some while since I last watched premier screening movie. Yesterday night headed to Sunway Pyramid TGV for the screening of The Proposal..

Quite a nice movie I must say, especially for those who are into comedy romance type of movie. From the trailer I guess you have the picture that the story is all about transforming fake love into true love.

The other day I won premier ticket to the movie Ghost of Girlfriends Past at 1U TGV (how come all TGV hall) but was occupied that day so didn't turn up for the screening, hope I can still win it else where

Speed Challenge

Just before the release of Transformer RoTF (yes, transformer again) I participated in one of the speed challenge contest. The objective is simply, transform form vehicle mode to robot mode or vice versa in shortest time to win. For a starter like me who have not even touch and play any of the figure before I somehow manage to get to the semi final. Here are some of the figure that was given

The final figure was Ironhide which is the best and toughest among others, and eventually all the champion was from someone under the 12yo and below category o.0
The event was held in Tropicana City GSC in conjunction with the new opening to attract more people. While I was busy transforming there were people busy shooting which I was not aware of and one week later my bro saw me on the newspaper =.="

A date with "Hopping Ghost"

Few weeks back, I was invited to the premier screening of Blood: The Last Vampire + some party before the show. One of the event was to dress up as vampire/ghost and there were quite some number of ghost floating around trying to hunt people around. Then I saw something that caught my eye, is the hopping ghost (Keong See).
The only opportunity to get a good shot of him is when he have this 'fu' glued to his head. Otherwise he will be hopping nearer and choke whoever who try to snap him.

District 9 Premier Screening by Nuffnang

Nuffnang, one of the biggest Asia advertising network is giving out free passes for premier screening of District 9

Directed by Peter Jackson, the one who brought you King Kong and LOTR, this movie is set to blow your mind and your jaw touching the floor with its cool CGI.

2 Premier Movie Update

Obsessed

Just came back from this movie and honestly speaking I somehow enjoy the almost 2 hour long show. The highlight is on a psycho women who fantasize all day long, and things then get out of hand.

Ice Age 3

Need not give much praises for this as it is already famous for the interesting humor and wild imaginary for ice age franchise. Full of laughter and unexpected scene. A great show to watch with love one too.
